同声不收集任何数据。App 本身不含任何联网代码，也不接入任何第三方 SDK。你说的话和屏幕上的字幕，全程只存在于你这台设备上。
不收集。没有账号、没有注册、没有分析统计、没有崩溃上报、没有广告标识符。我们不知道你是谁，也不知道你用过这个 App。
你点「开始」时，同声会请求麦克风权限，用来把你听到的话转成文字。音频在这台设备上实时处理，不写入文件、不上传、不保留。你点「停止」，处理就结束了。
识别出的原文和译文只存在于内存里，用来显示在屏幕上。App 不保存会话历史。你退出这一屏，这些文字就没有了。
识别和翻译都在你的设备本地完成，由 iOS 系统提供的端侧能力执行。没有任何内容被发送到我们的服务器 —— 事实上我们没有服务器。你可以打开飞行模式验证：App 的全部功能照常工作。
首次使用某种语言时，iOS 系统需要联网下载对应的识别与翻译模型。这次网络请求由系统发起、由 Apple 提供，同声不参与也接触不到其中的内容。模型下载完成后即可永久离线使用。关于 Apple 在此过程中的数据处理，请参见 Apple 隐私政策。
如果你安装了手表版，iPhone 会通过 Apple 的设备间通道把字幕推送到手表上显示。这条通道在你自己的两台设备之间，不经过我们。
开启接力时，同声只发布当前的语言组合（比如「中文 → 英语」），不发布任何字幕内容。
同声不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集任何人的个人信息 —— 因为它不收集任何信息。
如果这份政策有变动，我们会更新本页并修改上方的生效日期。由于 App 不收集数据，我们没有办法主动通知你，请以本页为准。

Simul collects nothing. The app contains no networking code and no third-party SDKs. What you say and what appears on your screen stay on your device.
Nothing. No accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers. We do not know who you are, and we do not know that you have used the app.
When you tap Start, Simul asks for microphone access in order to turn what you hear into text. Audio is processed live on this device, never written to a file, never uploaded, never retained. When you tap Stop, processing ends.
Recognised text and translations exist only in memory, to be drawn on screen. The app keeps no session history. Leave the screen and the text is gone.
Both run locally on your device using on-device capabilities provided by iOS. Nothing is sent to our servers — in fact, we have no servers. You can verify this by turning on Airplane Mode: every feature keeps working.
The first time you use a language, iOS needs a network connection to download the matching recognition and translation models. That request is made by the system and served by Apple; Simul neither performs it nor has access to its contents. Once downloaded, the models work offline permanently. If you install the watch app, your iPhone pushes captions to your watch over Apple's device-to-device channel. That channel runs between two devices you own; it does not pass through us.
With Handoff, Simul publishes only the current language pair (for example "Chinese → English"). No caption content is published.
Simul is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — because it collects no information at all.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Because the app collects no data, we have no way to notify you directly; please refer to this page.
